Insight to Impact (insight2impactai.com) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you take the GeniusPrint or apply for an AI Immersion Day, we ask for your name, email, and optionally your business, website, and phone number. We also collect the answers you give so we can generate your result and follow up.
How we use it
We use your information to create and send your GeniusPrint, to respond to your AI Immersion Day application, and to follow up with notes from Insight to Impact. If you give us your phone number and agree to texts, we use it to send the messages you asked for. Your result is stored so you can return to your link.
Text messaging and your mobile number
If you choose to give your phone number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Insight to Impact AI about your AI Immersion Day application: status updates, scheduling, and replies from our team. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. See our Messaging Terms for the full program details.
We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We will not share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. We share information only with the service providers below, and only to run the things you asked for.
Where your information lives
Your result is stored in our database (Supabase). Your contact details are stored in our customer system (GoHighLevel) so we can stay in touch and send the messages you opted into. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
AI and your written answers
To personalize your read, your written answers may be processed by an AI model through our provider (OpenRouter). They are used only to generate your report, not to train any model.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email at any time, and reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To see or delete the information we hold about you, email us and we will take care of it.
